Thanks a lot for reading my blog. I really hope the information I’m sharing here about investment property financing will help as many real estate investors as possible. It’s pretty sad that even my mortgage broker didn’t know about these investment property loans that don’t have to follow the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac rules.
